General Information
Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, however, very slight variation in actual goods may possibly occur. Autumnmania is the garden products division of Quansboro Plastics Ltd, registered in England, Registration no. 1298935

Customer's Statutory rights are not affected by these terms of trading. In the event of a dispute, the Courts in England and Wales shall have jurisdiction.

Delivery
As we are manufacturers, we can dispatch goods usually within 7 days. Please leave a maximum of 14 days for the goods to arrive. Occasionally, at certain times of the year, there may be slightly longer delays, and, if so, we will inform you of the expected delivery date. If this is then not acceptable to you, we will refund your money.

Postage is £4.99 for goods up to a total weight of 10 kilos. If your order exceeds this weight, e.g. in the case of multiple purchases, an amended postal charge is calculated automatically for you to consider and accept.

It will be absolutely necessary to obtain a signature on delivery. Our carriers will not be permitted to leave the goods without a signature. If you are unlikely to be at home, you may like to appoint a neighbour to receive the goods on your behalf, in which case please indicate this clearly in the space provided on the online order form. Alternatively, goods can be left at assigned places within the overall property, in accordance with the customer's written instructions, provided a signed authority from the person who ordered the goods is left out for the carrier stating where the goods are to be left. However, please note that neither the carrier nor Autumnmania accept any liablility for goods delivered in this way whatsoever. Where the carrier has not had the opportunity to obtain the customer's signature in person, all goods left under such instruction will be left at the customer's own risk and the customer alone will accept responsibility for the goods.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about any aspect of your dealings with Autumnmania, we will ensure that your complaint will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Please write to Frances Wilshere with details of any grievance. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 7 working days and you will be kept informed of progress.

Returns - postage
If in the unlikely event the goods rreceived are damaged or do not conform to your order, or for any other reason are not of merchanable quality, please return them to the head office within 28 days of receipt with evidence of the cost of postage and you will be entitled to a full postage refund as well as a replacement of the goods that have been paid for. If goods are returned by the customer for any other reason, postage will not be refunded.
